When a loyal police dog and his human owner, a police officer, are injured on the job together, they are reunited through a complicated but life-saving operation, and the Dog Man is born. When Lil Petey falls into the clutches of a common enemy, Dog-Man and Petey reluctantly team up in a dynamic race against time to save the little kitten. Along the way, they discover the power of family (and kittens!) to unite even the most hostile enemies.
