Olivia Burton, 23, moves to California with her friend – Francis Morales, 24 – on the wishes of their respective family members. Francis’s mother, Lillian, is a devout Catholicism who rejects her son’s cohabitation and makes her feelings some violent and religious postcards. Despite these objections, young lovers fit their new and exciting life together. Their happiness, however, is interrupted after the accident, leaves Francis physically and mentally injured.
